Age Restriction — Strictly Enforced: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and engage in real-money gameplay on vipl. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

4.3 KYC Verification. vipl requires identity verification prior to processing any withdrawal. Accepted documents include: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys), UMID, Philippine passport, or LTO driver's license. vipl may request additional documentation, including proof of address or source of funds, at its discretion.
4.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. vipl accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to protect your password or enable available security features such as two-factor authentication.
vipl strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS on your account. 2FA is available in account security settings and adds a verification step that prevents unauthorized access even if your password is compromised. 5.1 All transactions on vipl are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to the minimum and maximum limits published in the vipl Wallet section at the time of each transaction.
5.2 The minimum deposit is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are published in the Wallet section and may vary by VIP tier.
5.3 Deposits are credited to your vipl Wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within 60 seconds for GCash and PayMaya. vipl accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
5.4 Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods registered in the Member's name and on file with the Member's KYC profile. vipl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5.5 vipl reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or review of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements associated with the balance being withdrawn.
5.6 Chargebacks initiated against vipl through a payment provider without prior resolution through vipl support constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and referral to relevant legal authorities.
6.1 All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards offered by vipl are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, game contribution rates, and expiry period are stated in each promotion's terms.
7.1 All games available on vipl are subject to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game panel prior to placing any wager. By placing a wager, you confirm acceptance of the applicable game rules.
7.2 In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, the game engine will continue to process the round server-side. The outcome will be determined by the state of the game at the time of disconnection. vipl does not accept responsibility for losses attributable to connectivity issues on the Member's end.
7.3 vipl does not guarantee the availability of any specific game, game provider, or game feature at any time. Games may be removed, modified, or temporarily unavailable due to provider updates, maintenance, or regulatory changes without prior notice.
7.4 Slot game Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are displayed in each game's information panel. These represent theoretical long-run statistical returns and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.

11.3 vipl's maximum aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Member in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraudulent misrepresentation caused by vipl's negligence, where such exclusion is prohibited by Philippine law.
12.1 vipl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of the binding agreement between you and vipl.
12.2 By registering on vipl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and marketing communications where consented to separately.
12.3 vipl implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data, including SSL/TLS encryption on all data transmissions and access controls on all systems holding personal data. 13.1 vipl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published at vipl.club/terms-conditions with the updated effective date. For material amendments, vipl will provide at least 14 days' notice via email to registered Members before the changes take effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the vipl platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the revision.
13.3 Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not materially alter Members' rights, or updates to reflect regulatory changes — may be made without advance notice at vipl's discretion.
14.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 In the event of a dispute relating to a specific game outcome, vipl's server logs, game provider certification records, and game history data shall be considered authoritative. Members may request a game history review by contacting vipl support within 30 days of the disputed transaction.
14.3 vipl Members agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through vipl's internal support process before initiating any external complaint or legal proceeding. Disputes that cannot be resolved internally may be referred to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority.
